The Alaïa Mary Jane Cinturino is the maison's signature instep-strap flat — a polished black calfskin Mary Jane cut on a rounded toe, finished with the brand's distinctive multi-buckle "cinturino" strap detail at the ankle. Made in Italy.
The construction is signature Alaïa precision: a soft black calfskin upper, a rounded almond toe, a narrow instep strap secured by a small tonal buckle and a second wraparound ankle strap (the cinturino) finished in the brand's micro-buckle hardware. The interior is fully leather-lined with a padded insole and the sole is a flexible tonal rubber tread.
