The Florida is one of Birkenstock's lesser-seen archive silhouettes, reimagined here under the 1774 line — the brand's elevated label where heritage shapes meet more refined materials and detailing.

The upper is crafted from smooth leather and built around three slim straps that cross the foot, with a soft bow detail at the centre that gives the design its quiet point of difference. It's a more delicate, feminine take on the typically utilitarian Birkenstock silhouette, leaning toward something you'd wear with a slip dress or tailored trousers rather than the everyday workhorse pairings of the core range.

Underneath, the engineering is unchanged. The signature cork-and-latex footbed is anatomically contoured to support the arch, cradle the heel, and encourage a natural spread across the toes. With wear, it moulds to the unique shape of your foot, creating a custom fit that improves over time. A leather-lined finish replaces the standard jute for a smoother, more polished feel against the skin.

The lightweight EVA outsole is flexible and shock-absorbing, keeping the silhouette grounded and easy to walk in. A pin-buckle closure at the ankle allows for a precise, adjustable fit.
