The construction is unchanged from the 1978 original: a glossy black patent calfskin upper cut on a rounded almond toe, the wide grosgrain bow tied at the vamp with a small Ferragamo-engraved gold plate, a leather-lined interior with padded insole and a stacked low block heel.
