The Jerry Mule is one of the more contemporary, statement-leaning silhouettes in the Saint Laurent range — a backless design built around clean lines and bold material choices. This iteration takes the familiar Jerry shape and reworks it in transparent TPU set with rhinestones, transforming the silhouette into something more decorative and occasion-driven without losing the architectural restraint the house is known for.

The upper is crafted from clear TPU — a flexible, glass-like material that gives the shoe its near-invisible, second-skin quality across the foot. Set across the surface are rhinestones, applied in a considered arrangement that catches and refracts light from every angle. The effect is sculptural and crystalline, with the transparency of the TPU letting the embellishment do the visual work and giving the shoe a sense of weightlessness.

The silhouette stays true to the original Jerry construction: slim straps across the foot, an open toe, and a clean backless mule profile that slips on easily. The proportions are kept refined and graphic, letting the material and the rhinestone detailing lead the design rather than competing with it. The shoe sits low to the ground on a flat sole, making it as wearable as it is decorative.

Inside, smooth leather lining and a cushioned insole give a soft, polished feel underfoot — the kind of finish that distinguishes a luxury piece from its more decorative counterparts. The outsole is finished cleanly in matching tones, with discreet branding kept understated.
